Leaseplan: a custom made lighting plan

Facilicom, specialist in technical support services, and Leaseplan, market leader for leasecars in Belgium and car park management, knocked on the door of Lunoo. They where looking for a partner to guide the relighting project of Leaseplan.
The lighting in their head offices didn’t comply anymore to the legal standards. There was too much light, the lighting blinded the employees and the energy consumption was also very high. An indicator for light glare is UGR (unified glare rating). To work in an ideal office environment a UGR of maximum 19 is recommended.
Lunoo started to design and created three lighting solutions. Each solution took into account the legal standards for offices (UGR), energy consumption and the wishes of Leaseplan themselves. In this project custom-made solutions were required. As the ceiling had perforations from old fixtures, to reduce the expenses for Leaseplan we thought of solutions where the ceiling didn’t have to be replaced.
This relighting project had a good cooperation between the HR department of Leeaseplan and the installers of Facilicom. The combination of the project approach by Lunoo and the flexibility of the professionals, night and weekend work, viz. resulted in a great fast result.
Sense of essence
In the beginning of 2016 we will launch 7 new LED spots. With a diameter of 85mm they will compete against the standard formats on the market. However, the known lunoo structure polish combined with their own specific design features makes them unique. Every spot will be available in 400lm and 800lm.
With these recessed fixtures we will respond to the demands of hotels, restaurants and offices to offer them a complete range of lighting fixtures.
The series will be made complete in 2016 with suspensions, wall and ceiling fixtures.

CERES - New flexible spot for retail
The direction of the light beam of the CERES can change effortlessly. The CERES can turn 350° and has no preset tilt angles. You can freely tilt it from 0° to 45°. Therefore your products and must-be-seen corners will be set perfectly in the spotlight.
The CERES is an LED armature with passive cooling. Because of the design you won’t require active cooling for the LED-module.
You have the choice between a 25°, 40° or 55° reflector. Consequently the CERES can be used for accent lighting as well as for general lighting.
